SHIPPING POLICY

CHRISTMAS 2020:

DIY floating tree orders will all be shipped within 2 business days to ensure you receive your package in time for Christmas!

The majority of our products are made to order, so please allow 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Our parcels are shipped from Melbourne and sent via Sendle and Australia Post and usually take 2-4 days to arrive depending on location (but can take up to 14 days if delivering to a remote location). Etched Homewares does not take responsibility for any lost or damaged items; this is to be resolved directly with Sendle or Australia Post.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have entered the correct address upon checking out as we do not cover the cost of items to be resent.

Our order forms only allow postage to Australian addresses. Please contact us if you require international shipping.

We can generally provide a 2 day turnaround service and express postage for urgent orders. Please contact us to make arrangements if you require a last minute order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our aim is to provide our customers with products that they are completely happy with and all efforts are taken to ensure this. However, if you are not happy with your items please contact us to discuss further. We will gladly refund you the total order amount, including shipping, if the goods are not as described.

Change of mind refunds: In order to receive a full refund (minus postage costs), your order must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Your items must be returned in original condition with no damage to the product or packaging. A refund will be issued upon the receipt and inspection of goods. We do not cover shipping charges for the return of products. Please make sure your items are correctly packaged to ensure they arrive in original condition as we are not held liable for breakages upon return of product. A refund will not be issued if products are found to be used in any way or damaged.

Please note that we do not provide 'change of mind' refunds on personalised items.

We use high quality natural timber for our wooden products. As timber is a natural material there will be slight variances in each piece. We do not offer refunds or exchanges because of the different characteristics of the wood.
